This Privacy Policy describes how A+ Intelligence UF (also referred to as "A+ Intelligence," "we," or "us") will use your data when you use our services on our platform ("A+ Intelligence Platform"), which includes our software, tools, data, documentation, and our website ("Services"). It also describes your privacy rights. For more information about your rights and how to exercise them, see the "Rights and Choices" section.

The document describes: (i) The types of data we collect; (ii) The types of data we store; (iii) Why and how we use the data; (iv) How long we store the data; (v) With whom we share the data; (vi) And your rights.

1. Personal Information We Collect

1.1 Types of Personal Information We Collect We collect information that can identify you, either separately or in combination with other information we have access to ("Personal Information") in the following ways: Information You Provide to Us: We collect personal information when you create an account to use our services or when you communicate with us. Communication Details: If you send messages to us, we may collect details such as your name, contact information, and the content of your messages ("Communication Information"). Social Media Information: We post on social media platforms like LinkedIn ("Social Media Pages"). If you interact with us on these platforms, we may collect information you share with us, such as your contact details ("Social Media Information"). Automatically Collected Information through Use of Our Services: When you use and interact with our services, we automatically collect certain information about your visit, including: Log Information: Your browser automatically sends certain information each time you visit our website ("Log Information"), such as IP address, browser type, and the time and date of your visit. Usage Statistics: We may collect automatically gathered data about your use of our services, such as the pages you visit, features you use, and other interactions. We also collect information such as timezone, country, and browser type. Device Information: Information about your device, such as operating system and browser type, may be collected, depending on the type of device and settings you use. Customer Support Information: When you contact our customer support for assistance or feedback, we collect information like your name, email address, and phone number to assist you ("Support Information"). Analytics: We use analytics systems, including those that use cookies, to gain insights into user behavior and improve your experiences with our services. Do Not Track (DNT) and Web Browsing: Our website currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals and collects and uses data according to this privacy policy regardless of whether such a signal is sent.

2. How We Use Personal Information

2.1 We do not sell your personal information.

2.2 We may use personal information for the following purposes: To provide, administer, maintain, improve, and/or analyze our services, including using the information as training data for an LLM; To provide support services; To communicate with you, including discussing options for using the A+ Intelligence platform; To develop new features and services; To prevent fraud, criminal activity, or abuse of our services and to ensure the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks; To comply with legal obligations and legal processes and to protect our rights, privacy, security, or property, and/or those of our affiliates, you, or other third parties.

2.3 Aggregated Information: We may aggregate personal information and use the aggregated data to analyze the effectiveness of our services, to improve and add features to our services. Additionally, we may analyze general user behavior and characteristics of users of our services and share aggregated information, such as general user statistics, with third parties, publish such aggregated information, or make such aggregated information publicly available. We can collect aggregated information through the services, cookies, and other means as described in this privacy policy.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information

3.1 Under certain circumstances, we may share your personal information with third parties without further notice to you unless required by law, including but not limited to the following situations: Suppliers and Service Providers: To help us meet business needs and perform certain services and functions, we may share personal information with suppliers and service providers, including hosting service providers, cloud service providers, and other IT providers, event management services, email communication software, email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, and web analytics services. These parties will have access to, process, or store personal information in connection with performing their duties for us, according to our instructions. Business Transfers: If we are involved in strategic transactions, restructuring, bankruptcy, receivership, or the transfer of services to another provider (collectively referred to as a "Transaction"), your personal information and other information may be shared in the due diligence process with counterparts and others assisting with the transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of the transaction along with other assets. Legal Requirements: If required by law or in good faith, we may take actions necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, including meeting national security or law enforcement requirements, (ii) protect and defend our rights or property, (iii) prevent fraud, (iv) act in urgent situations to protect the personal safety of service users or the public, or (v) protect against legal liability. Affiliates: We may share personal information with our "Affiliates," which refers to an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with A+ Intelligence. Our affiliates may use the personal information we share in a manner consistent with this privacy policy. Other Users: Certain actions you take may be visible to other users of our services.

Our services may contain links to external websites not owned or controlled by A+ Intelligence, including social media platforms ("External Websites"). The information you share with these external websites will be governed by their own privacy policies and terms & conditions, not this policy. Providing these links does not imply that we endorse or have reviewed these websites. For information about their privacy practices and policies, please contact the external websites directly.

5. Request for Action

5.1 If you want to request access to or deletion of your personal information, please contact us at kontakt@aplusintelligence.com. We reserve the right to limit how we handle such requests in accordance with applicable law.

5.2 To protect your personal information from unauthorized access or deletion, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request for access or deletion of your information. If we cannot verify your identity (and, if necessary, proof of residency) in a way that we find satisfactory, we may refuse the request to provide or delete your information.

5.3 You may also request access or deletion through an authorized representative. To do so, the representative must provide a signed written authorization to act on your behalf and verify their own identity (and, if necessary, proof of residency) to our satisfaction.

5.4 We will process your request for access or deletion without discrimination based on the fact that you made such a request.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

Please note that we reserve the right to limit our facilitation of such requests as required by applicable law. If we cannot verify your identity (and, if applicable, proof of residency) to our satisfaction, we will not be able to fulfill your request to delete your personal information. If you cannot submit the deletion request in person, you may authorize a representative to act on your behalf. The representative must present a signed written authorization to act on your behalf and verify their identity (and, if applicable, proof of residency) to our satisfaction. Your right to access and delete your personal information is important to us, and we will take reasonable steps to verify and process your request promptly. However, be aware that even if we delete your personal information, some residual data may remain in our backups or archives for a limited period in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable laws.
