2.3 Aggregated Information: We may aggregate personal information and use the aggregated data to analyze the effectiveness of our services, to improve and add features to our services. Additionally, we may analyze general user behavior and characteristics of users of our services and share aggregated information, such as general user statistics, with third parties, publish such aggregated information, or make such aggregated information publicly available. 3. Disclosure of Personal Information

5. Request for Action

5.2 To protect your personal information from unauthorized access or deletion, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request for access or deletion of your information. If we cannot verify your identity (and, if necessary, proof of residency) in a way that we find satisfactory, we may refuse the request to provide or delete your information.
5.3 You may also request access or deletion through an authorized representative. To do so, the representative must provide a signed written authorization to act on your behalf and verify their own identity (and, if necessary, proof of residency) to our satisfaction.

The representative must present a signed written authorization to act on your behalf and verify their identity (and, if applicable, proof of residency) to our satisfaction. Your right to access and delete your personal information is important to us, and we will take reasonable steps to verify and process your request promptly. However, be aware that even if we delete your personal information, some residual data may remain in our backups or archives for a limited period in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable laws.
